You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return. If you choose to return your item for a refund, you must ship your item(s) back to us, where the item(s) will then go through our evaluation process. This process can take up to 7 days from receipt.
Evaluation criteria include the following:
- Item(s) must include the return label and packing slip provided by us. Returns will not be processed without a Flight Club return label and packing slip.
- Item(s) must be in the same condition as when sent by us, including but not limited to: same item, no damage, original tags attached, no creases resulting from try-on and/or wear, no sole wear, and all original packaging included.
- Item(s) must be shipped to us within 3 business days of receiving your return label.
Once approved, Flight Club will refund you for the amount paid in site credit, minus the shipping costs to and from you, any applicable return processing fee, and any priority processing fee paid. Your site credit will be issued directly to your account and may be applied toward any purchase made on Flightclub.com, except as otherwise required by applicable law or as otherwise determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion.
Please note that for buyers located in the US, site credit issued as part of a refund expires exactly one year after its issue date, unless otherwise specified. For more details, please refer to the ‘Returns’ section of our Shipping and Returns Policy.
