We accept returns on New In Box and New No Box purchases made on Flightclub.com as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped. Please try on your items carefully, as returns may be rejected if an item is creased or otherwise altered. Flight Club will not honor any claims once the Flight Club hang tag has been removed.
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
- Apparel items
- Special items (e.g., Vintage, Sample, ID, Custom, Defect, Pre-Release)
- Used items
- Items shipped to a freight forwarder or a delivery address in the People's Republic of China
- Items purchased in-store at one of our retail locations
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
To start a return, please submit a request. Once we receive your item, we'll evaluate it before issuing your refund. Please note that Ship to Store orders must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned in-store.
If you discover an issue with your item, please contact us as soon as you discover the issue but no later than thirty days from receipt of your item. Please note that failure to contact us with any issue within thirty days of receipt of your item may result in the denial of your return request.
