Promotion Period. This promotion takes place on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Basketball City, located at Pier 36 in New York City, beginning at 12:00PM ET and ending at 8:00PM ET.
Eligibility. Open to individuals 18 years of age or older who are present at the event location during the Promotion Period. Employees of Flight Club and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per person per prize.
Prizes. Four (4) prizes will be awarded: one (1) pair Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 4 Retro OG SP 'Brick After Brick' - SIZE 9 (approx. retail value: $594), one (1) pair Kids Of Immigrants x Nike T-90 Mule 'Khaki University Gold' - SIZE 9 (ARV: $191), one (1) pair Nike Air Force 1 Low Retro PRM 'Knicks' - SIZE 9 (ARV: $248), and one (1) pair DOAF x Nike Total 90 'Beautiful Game' - SIZE 9 (ARV: $200).
Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged. No substitution of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
How to Enter. Visit a participating vendor at Family Style Fest and complete a Google form to enter. All entries must be submitted at the event location during the Promotion Period. One (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Entries received by either method will be combined into a single pool for the drawing.
Drawing. Four (4) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on-site at the event at approximately 6:00PM ET. Winners need not be present at the time of the drawing to win, but must be reachable by email within 24 hours of the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be announced at the event and/or notified by email. Each winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner fails to respond within 24 hours or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected from remaining entries.
Taxes. All federal, state, and local tax obligations arising from receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving their prize. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC for any prize with an ARV of $2,000 or more, as applicable.
General Conditions. By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Family Style Fest, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and in accordance with Flight Club's Privacy Policy available at www.flightclub.com/privacy. Entrants who create a Flight Club account will be subject to the terms and conditions governing such accounts.
Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
