SPONSOR. This giveaway is sponsored by Flight Club New York LLC, 812 Broadway, New York, NY 10003 (the “Sponsor”). 

OVERVIEW. Sponsor conducts promotional drawings ("Drawings") that give selected entrants the opportunity to purchase featured sneaker releases. Each Drawing is a separate promotion governed by these Official Rules and the details posted on the applicable Drawing entry page (the "Entry Page"). In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and an Entry Page, these Official Rules control.

ELIGIBILITY. Entrants must have a Flight Club account, be 16 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater), and must be able to pick up the item in person at a participating Flight Club store during the designated pickup window. Entrants need not be residents of the United States or Japan but are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence. This promotion is governed by the laws specified in these Official Rules and is void where prohibited.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

ENTRY PERIOD. Each Drawing has an entry period stated on the Entry Page. Entries must be received during that period. Sponsor's server is the official timekeeping device.

HOW TO ENTER. No purchase necessary. Visit the Entry Page, select your preferred pickup location and size, and submit your entry before the Drawing closes. Limit one (1) entry per person per Drawing. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor.

SELECTION. Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received for each Drawing. Selection is conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

ODDS. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Drawing.

PRIZE. Each winner receives the opportunity to purchase one (1) pair of the featured sneakers at the price stated on the Entry Page (the "Designated Price"), plus applicable taxes. The prize is the opportunity to purchase at the Designated Price (plus any applicable taxes); the item is not awarded free of charge. The approximate retail value of each prize is the Designated Price. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is available except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The number of winners, the featured item, the Designated Price, and the available pickup locations for each Drawing are listed on the Entry Page.

NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. The notification will include a pickup window and the store location selected at entry. To claim the prize, a winner must (a) present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the entry, (b) present the confirmation email, and (c) purchase and pick up the item in person at the designated store within the pickup window. Pickup cannot be transferred to a different location. Items may only be picked up by the winner. If a winner fails to pick up within the pickup window, the opportunity is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are lost, late, or undeliverable.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. All Flight Club Drawing purchases are final sale. Flight Club will not provide replacements for products with minor cosmetic or factory defects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a Drawing if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Released Parties") from any claims arising from participation in the Drawing or acceptance of any prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

PRIVACY. Personal information collected at entry and at pickup is used solely to administer the Drawing and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Government-issued ID is verified at pickup and is not copied or retained. 

TAXES. Under prevailing federal, state, and local tax rules and regulations, a prize may constitute taxable income to a recipient. Please consult with a tax professional to discuss the tax implications of acceptance of a prize. Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may be due on a prize or the value of a prize.

CHOICE OF LAW/VENUE. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings shall take place in the city of Los Angeles, California. For Drawings with a Tokyo pickup location, these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

WINNER LIST.  For the names of the winning entrants, send a legal-size, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Flight Club New York LLC, attn: Flight Club Drawings Winners’ List, P.O. Box 91258, Los Angeles, CA 90009-1258, Attn: Drawing Winner List within 90 days after the applicable Drawing. Please specify the featured sneaker for the relevant Drawing.

SEVERABILITY. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

概要。 主催者は、選ばれた応募者に注目のスニーカー新作を購入する機会を提供するプロモーション抽選（「抽選」）を実施します。各抽選は独立したプロモーションであり、本公式規則および当該抽選の応募ページ（「応募ページ」）に掲載された詳細に従って行われます。本公式規則と応募ページの内容に矛盾が生じた場合は、本公式規則が優先されます。

応募資格。 応募者は、Flight Clubアカウントを保有し、16歳以上（または当該法域における成人年齢のいずれか高い方）であり、指定された受け取り期間内に参加Flight Club店舗にて商品を直接受け取ることができる方に限ります。米国または日本の居住者である必要はありませんが、居住する法域のすべての適用法令を遵守する責任は応募者自身にあります。本プロモーションは本公式規則に定める法律に準拠し、禁止されている地域では無効です。

主催者およびその親会社、子会社、関連会社、プロモーション代理店、賞品提供者の役員・取締役・従業員、ならびにその直系家族および同居者は応募資格を有しません。

選考。 当選者は、各抽選で受け付けたすべての有効な応募の中から無作為に選出されます。選考は主催者またはその指定代理人が実施します。主催者の決定は最終的かつ拘束力を持ちます。

通知と受け取り。 当選者には、応募時に登録されたメールアドレス宛に通知されます。通知には受け取り期間と応募時に選択した店舗情報が含まれます。賞品を受け取るには、当選者は（a）応募者の名前と一致する有効な政府発行の写真付き身分証明書、（b）確認メール、および（c）指定された受け取り期間内に指定店舗にて直接商品を購入・受け取ることが必要です。受け取り場所を別の場所に変更することはできません。商品は当選者本人のみが受け取ることができます。当選者が受け取り期間内に受け取りを行わなかった場合、当該権利は失効し、代替の当選者が選出される場合があります。主催者は、紛失・遅延・不達となった通知に対して責任を負いません。

準拠法・裁判管轄。 本公式規則の解釈、有効性、効力、および執行可能性、ならびに応募者と主催者の権利・義務に関するすべての問題は、抵触法の規定を適用することなく、カリフォルニア州法に準拠して解釈されるものとし、関連する事項または手続きはカリフォルニア州ロサンゼルス市において行われるものとします。

当選者リスト。 米国内の受け取り場所の抽選については、当選者の氏名を確認するには、該当する抽選終了後90日以内に、リーガルサイズの返信用切手付き封筒を以下の宛先に送付してください：Flight Club New York LLC, attn: Flight Club Drawings Winners' List, P.O. Box 91258, Los Angeles, CA 90009-1258。対象スニーカーを明記してください。

言語。 本公式規則は英語および日本語で公開されています。英語版と日本語版の間に矛盾または不一致が生じた場合は、英語版が優先されます。

可分性。 いずれかの条項が無効または執行不能と判断された場合も、残りの条項は引き続き完全な効力を有します。
