Promotion Period. This promotion takes place on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Flight Club New York, 812 Broadway, New York, NY 10003, beginning at 3 PM EDT ("Opening Time") and ending at 5 PM EDT.
Eligibility. Open to individuals 18 years of age or older who are present at the event location during the Promotion Period. Employees of Flight Club and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Prizes. Three (3) prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) custom grill ("Grill"), gifted by Johnny Dang and provided courtesy of Alycia. Each Grill has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $500. The total ARV of all prizes is $1500. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged. No substitution of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
How to Enter. There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods provide an equal chance of winning:
- Online Account Entry: Create a free Flight Club account at flightclub.com during the Promotion Period, either in advance or on-site at the event, and check in with event staff at the designated entry station to receive confirmation of your entry.
- Free Alternative Method of Entry (No Account Required): Visit the designated entry station at the event during the Promotion Period and complete a printed entry form with your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. No Flight Club account creation is required.
All entries must be submitted at the event location during the Promotion Period. One (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Entries received by either method will be combined into a single pool for the drawing.
Drawing. Three (3) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on-site at the event at approximately [TIME] EST. Winners need not be present at the time of the drawing to win, but must be reachable by phone or email within 24 hours of the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be announced at the event and/or notified by phone or email. Each winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner fails to respond within 24 hours or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected from remaining entries.
Taxes. All federal, state, and local tax obligations arising from receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving their prize. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC for any prize with an ARV of $2,000 or more.
General Conditions. By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Johnny Dang, Alycia, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and in accordance with Flight Club's Privacy Policy available at www.flightclub.com/privacy. Entrants who create a Flight Club account will be subject to the terms and conditions governing such accounts.
Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
