If you no longer wish to list your items with either Flight Club or transfer them to alias, you can retrieve your items by requesting a ship back within your sell.flightclub account.

Below you can find the cost to ship your items back to you:

United States (except Hawaii & Alaska): $14.50
Hawaii & Alaska: $16.50
China: $25.00
Canada: $30.00
All Other Regions: $40.00

If, when packaging your shoes, you chose to have Flight Club create your shipping label, then you weren't charged for the original cost of shipping your item to us and this amount is still due. This means that if you request a return, you'll need to pay for both the original shipping as well as the return shipping. For example, for U.S. orders, the total shipping cost would be $29—$14.50 for the original shipping plus $14.50 for the return shipping.

For sellers outside the U.S., any items you have shipped back will be sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning you are responsible for any applicable customs and duties.

Instead of shipping back your items and incurring the cost of retrieval, you also have the option to either transfer your items to alias for better inventory management or sell your items before June 2, 2025.

Sell.flightclub.com will remain accessible for you to retrieve your items, even after all seller activity has migrated to alias.
